This project is the complete civil construction for the 3.8 acre site at 163rd & Pat Tillman in Goodyear, AZ. A.T. Meridian is managing all grading, utilities, paving, site concrete, and frontage landscaping for Evergreen Devco’s new multi-pad retail center.
