In 2002, Boyd Anderson founded A.T. Meridian Construction, a company now co-owned with his son Chase Anderson. Renowned for our expertise in delivering high-quality work, we’ve expanded our focus from fuel/convenience stores to encompass office warehouses/suites, restaurants, storage facilities, and retail stores. Throughout the metro Phoenix region and the state of Arizona, A.T. Meridian has garnered the trust and respect of owners, subcontractors, employees, and numerous others. Boyd Anderson, a visionary entrepreneur and industry leader, established A.T. Meridian in 2002. Starting with a focus on fuel and convenience stores, Boyd’s leadership has expanded A.T. Meridian’s portfolio to include office warehouses, suites, restaurants, storage facilities, and retail stores, shaping the metro Phoenix region’s architectural landscape. A.T. Meridian is celebrated not only for its craftsmanship but also for fostering strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, subcontractors and employees.
Chase Anderson
Chase Anderson’s dedication underscores A.T. Meridian’s commitment to excellence in the construction industry. Excelling in project management and business development as co-owner, his leadership fosters a culture of accountability and trust among staff, ensuring the company maintains its reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and strong client relationships.
Jeremy Harrs
Jeremy has been involved in the construction industry since his teenage years, working alongside his father on various job sites. His tenure at A.T. Meridian has expanded his exposure to all facets of construction, particularly enjoying involvement in estimating, business development, and operations. As a Project Manager, Jeremy recognizes that his role extends beyond project oversight to fostering the company’s growth. He appreciates the shared values and goals among the team at A.T. Meridian Construction, knowing he can rely on them whenever necessary.
Mike Jolly
Mike launched his career in residential construction before he transitioned to commercial projects. With a lifelong dedication to precision and high standards, Mike finds fulfillment in mentoring others, drawing on the collective wisdom passed down through two generations of construction expertise.Mike appreciates A.T. Meridian for its collaborative environment and shared commitment to excellence. He thrives on contributing to the success of his team and relishes the challenges and rewards of each new job site.
Mark Lansford
Originally from Glendora, CA, Mark Lansford comes from a family with a deep passion for sports and a strong work ethic. His professional journey began with the Carpenters Union in Southern California. Before stepping into his current role as Project Manager, Mark excelled as a Superintendent on several significant A.T. Meridian projects, showcasing his exceptional leadership and ability to drive successful outcomes.
Guided by the influence and mentorship of his brother and the expertise of many skilled builders, Mark quickly grasped that effective teamwork is key to successful projects. He has embraced this collaborative ethic as a cornerstone of his approach, aligning seamlessly with the project management team’s values at A.T. Meridian.
When he’s not on the job site, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Christine, and their three children.
Helaman Madrigal
Helaman, Controller at A.T. Meridian Construction, brings over two decades of leadership in accounting, including roles as Accounting Manager, Consultant, and CFO, complemented by eight years in construction management. With a strong entrepreneurial drive, he accelerates growth through strategic financial analysis, optimization of performance metrics, and overseeing M&A activities aligned with organizational objectives. Helaman thrives at A.T. Meridian, drawn by its renowned reputation for excellence and superior project delivery standards.
Scott Mattern
Scott brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing to A.T. Meridian, drawing from a distinguished career with some of the industry’s most prominent banks and private lending institutions. Over the past decade, he has specialized in the funding side of construction projects, developing a deep understanding of construction lending for developers and builders. Scott’s expertise extends to creating and leading sales teams, where he has a proven track record of elevating companies to top market positions. His dedication to fostering strong client relationships and supporting company growth underscores his commitment to excellence in his field.
Hansen Thornley
Hansen began his construction career in Utah as a salesman and project coordinator for a roofing company, later transitioning to project engineer and coordinator for a commercial siding and masonry firm. He joined A.T. Meridian in Arizona as a full-time Estimator in 2024, where he works closely with subcontractors to create detailed project budgets. Hansen values A.T. Meridian’s culture of integrity and accountability, contrasting it with profit-driven industry norms, and finds it a rewarding organization to be a part of.
