The Collective is a new ground-up medical office campus at in Queen Creek, AZ. The project consists of four new single-story medical office buildings totaling about 45,000 SF on roughly 4.7 acres. This is a full site and shell development; the buildings are primarily single-story CMU and steel-framed shell structures and the exterior architectural package includes color ground-face CMU, wood-look siding, with entrance canopies attached to the buildings. The site also includes covered parking canopies, and future tenant-specific interior improvements will build off the shell as subsequent projects.
